I am writing with pleasure and confidence to recommend Diane Meltzer and her company, Shindig, to anyone planning a special event. My husband and I were married in June 2005, and were fortunate to have Ms. Meltzer as our Event Coordinator.

During the planning stages of our wedding, Ms. Meltzer was a wealth of information. She provided numerous referrals for everything from rings to cake, and helped us to organize these into file folders. She arranged childcare providers for our reception, and acted as director for our rehearsal.

On our wedding day, Ms. Meltzer played her most crucial role. During set up, she seamlessly coordinated the work of our florist, photographer and caterer. Indeed, our service providers repeatedly remarked to us about Ms. Meltzer's skills, professionalism, and what a delight it was to work with her. Throughout the day, she oversaw and assisted with everything, kept us all on schedule, and astutely advised us when to make changes to the schedule depending on the needs of our guests.
